Creating the Rockets. The project was spread over a 2-week period. Students made design decisions based on their scientific discreation regarding the Rocket's structural elements. They put their Rockets together themselves from scratch, all from a paper-towel roll, adding cut-out parts of their own design. Model Rocket engines were inserted by the Teacher. Students had practice in launching-sequence protocols to ensure safety.
